Who runs Plate.

Plate is operated by Ohad Krispin. For any privacy question, correction, export or deletion request, email ohadkrispin@gmail.com.

What stays on your computer.

The Plate toolkit, the MCP server and local Studio run on your machine. Your project code, the screenshots Plate captures, inspection results and local revision records stay in your folders and are not uploaded automatically. Your coding agent (Claude Code, Codex or Cursor) performs the implementation with your own model credits under that provider's terms; Plate does not run hosted model generation.

Signing in with Google.

Plate Studio signs you in with Google through Supabase, which provides Plate's identity service and database. Plate receives your Google profile name, your verified email address and a user identifier. Plate uses these to recognise your account, to find the Plate Pro order that belongs to you, and to show your plan in Studio. Plate does not request access to your Gmail, Drive, calendar or contacts.

While you are signed in, the browser holds a sealed, HttpOnly session cookie set by Plate's website host, Vercel. It carries your Supabase session and expires after eight hours at most. Signing out clears it. A short-lived cookie also exists only during the sign-in redirect and is removed when it completes.

Buying Plate Pro.

Plate Pro is sold by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record. Polar collects your payment and billing details at checkout under its own terms and privacy policy. Plate does not collect or store your full payment card details. Plate's server keeps a private record pairing your Plate account with your Polar customer record, and reads that customer's order and license status to decide whether Pro features are available. The pair is created once, from a purchase made from your account or from an exact match between your verified Google email and an existing customer record with this merchant, and is not changed afterwards. If you already have a customer record with this merchant, for example from another Emulo product, that record is reused as it is; Plate does not change its identifiers, and a record without a Plate purchase does not give Pro access.

Saved briefs in the cloud.

With Plate Pro you can save a project title and brief to your Plate cloud from Studio or from your agent. Only the text you choose to save is uploaded, under your license identifier, and stored in Supabase. No screenshots, repository files or workspace contents are uploaded by this feature. You can edit or delete any saved brief yourself in Studio. The cloud service also keeps short-lived request counters to enforce the published rate limits.

Website and hosting.

The website and Studio are hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard hosting and request logs under its privacy notice. The public site pages use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views without third-party cookies. Only the page path is sent: query strings are removed first, and the Studio, sign-in, purchase-return and API addresses send nothing. Plate does not run advertising or third-party marketing tools.

Providers Plate relies on.

Each provider handles data under its own terms: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for identity and storage, Polar for checkout and merchant-of-record duties, and Google for sign-in. Plate does not sell your data. Beyond the providers that run the service, Plate discloses data only when you ask for it or when the law requires it.

Your requests.

Delete saved briefs directly in Studio. To close your account, correct your details, receive a copy of what Plate holds or ask any other question, email ohadkrispin@gmail.com from the address you signed in with. Requests are handled by hand. Transaction records required for accounting and legal purposes remain with Polar as the merchant of record.

Community submissions and sharing.

Starter and Pro users signed in with Google can submit a project for the public gallery. Plate stores the details you enter, your account identifier, submission status and review feedback in Supabase. Submissions stay private to you and Plate's reviewers until approved. After approval, the title, summary, category, project link, optional cover image link, creator name, optional X handle and approval date become public. Your account email, account identifier and review feedback are not included in the public gallery.

You can withdraw your submission in Studio to remove it from the gallery. Withdrawal keeps a private record and does not remove copies already shared elsewhere. Contact the address above to request deletion of that record. A cover image loads from the creator's chosen host when someone views an approved card; that host receives the image request, including the visitor's IP address. Plate does not send the referring page with that image request.

Share on X opens X's compose page with the project link and editable text. You decide whether to post there. Plate does not connect to your X account or publish on your behalf.

Changes.

When this page changes materially, the date at the top is updated. Read the terms for the licence and purchase conditions.
